Visitors Moving and maybe a Butterfly on the homestead?

Two Deer Visitors

Visitors Moving and maybe a Butterfly

Happy Monday… Ohhh these two deer!! This week I have Visitors Moving and maybe a Butterfly here on the homestead. I am guessing these are the baby fawn twins that I saw earlier this year. The ducks were not super excited to have them stop by. They were running and jumping on the pond edge. Let’s just say that they were have a grand time. It was really funny. Joe and I stop at the slider until they left.

No silly I am not moving. I was moving plants inside. The nights are going to start dipping and I did not want to procrastinate this job. Thankful that I did not… Henry was a stinker. He was sitting underneath the spider fern combo plant and was chattering at the plant. I did find a small causality but quickly put it in water to sprout. Now the second photo I am not sure what it is besides a succulent. I am going to try and propagate it to see if I can get more. Fingers crossed this beauty gets some red flowers on it.

Butterfly Chrysalis??

I went to turn off this lantern before putting it away and found a Chrysalis. How fitting is that?? Some little caterpillar climbed in and decided that this was the perfect place to rest before turning into its new shape. Joe asked me if I was going to bring it inside… I think I might. What are your thoughts??

    Oh wow!
What fun to watch the deer play near the pond.

Does the future butterfly require cold temps to assist in the magic? Maybe find a cool spot if you bring it inside.

Oh Henry! Your persistent inquisitive child!

    Hugs!
