A Truck and for a Challenge #195

Today let’s go on a trip… Out to the country, where I live!
All of us in the Pickup Truck… for this week’s Global Design Project Challenge #gdp195 the theme is…

So many fun ideas, but when I saw the challenge, it was going to use this new bundle Ride with Me (151106). Which includes both stamps and coordinating dies. Have you had a look at it yet?? OHHHH!!

Here is the stamped image of the truck… including, Silver Foil (132178) adding to the “old school” look. It is used on the bumper and the “rims” of the tires. In addition, Vellum (101856) for the window, which was fussy cut out.
After that, Well Written Dies (148534) for the “corn stalks”, “happy” and “day”. Fussing cutting the separate balloon colors. How?? Stamp the balloon portion on the four different colors, after that cut. You will adhere to the Whisper White, with either multiglue or dimensionals. Using separated Burlap Ribbon (141487) for the banner bows and attaching the balloons to the truck. Ohhh sooo much fun!
I hear you asking … What is that on??

Using the slats of an old bi-fold closet door, similarly looking like pallet wood. The slats are epoxied together and then decorated.
Note: the epoxy is a must to keep the slats together.
Have you enjoyed your trip to the country??
Thank you for taking the trip with me! It is always a “Happy Day” while riding in the pickup truck! Thank you to the design team for another fun challenge! I wonder what they have cooking for next week!
Have a Great Day getting Crafty!!
