    July Culver Library cards, Sympathy/Thinking

July Culver Library cards This little beauty was the July Culver Library cards. However, we did this one in Knox for July also. Using the Lovely in Linen DSP for the lower half. I could not decide if the upper needed stamping or not. So I let the class members decide how they wanted it. After all they were the ones needing to use it. Looking at it here, both worked. This one has no frills either. Taking cue from the front sentiment “ Thinking of you wrath all my heart”, it needed a heart in the inside! Dontcha think? Both of these sentiments are from the Peaceful Place stamp…

2 of 3 from Thinking of You Stamp-a-Stack

Loving the colors together!! This happy accident color combo is Cajun Craze and Grapefruit Grove. I think you will love it too! The Dandelion Wishes – 146847 stamp set, yes a favorite! With all the stamping in Craft Whisper White. However, the butterfly just completes the card. Not just because I LOVE BUTTERFLIES, really! It helped to lighten up the front. The results are in.. Magnolia Lane

Remember last weeks post?? Did you get you comment in?? I loved all the ideas and took a little from everyone to get the final card… Using the leaves, bakers twine and moving the sentiment. Also, a touch of Wink of Stella some ink and an extra layer to the sentiment. Want to see a close up?? The magnolia buds were switched to Blushing Bride, used the Petal Pink and Wink of Stella to the lower edge of the buds. A touch of Mossy Meadow ink is what gives the leaves that light color. I love the Wink of Stella and tried my best to get a good picture. Next…
