Topped with lettuce tomato or just plain. Chips of course, potato salad or cole slaw and you have already seen the Cupcakes. YUMMMM!! Plus that was the extra time I needed to finish coloring the butterflies. And you bet there was lots of chatter and laughing!! However there is always more silliness!! Bell Rings Angel Wings from Christmas means more.
Bell Rings Angel Wings For today the Bell Rings Angel Wings means sooo much. It is not just from a notorious movie. I remember my grandma saying this too. She would always put a bell on the tree. Hugs grandma!! Just like a snowflake these are just slightly different. Take a closer look. This live there was a lot of decisions. First starting with emboss or to not emboss. For the texture we used the Tasteful Textile 3D folder. However, only on the Garden Green layer. Second was the stamping. Knowing the colors, there would be one in Real Red and one in Garden Green. Needing to figure out which…

Layers of Tasteful Touches labels.
Layers of Tasteful Touches. In need of a masculine card?? Do you like woodgrain?? The In Good Taste Suite has all you need! Including little wood elements. No, I did not use them on this card. This one is another Culver Library Class card. Layers of Tasteful Touches dies was what I needed to add interest with what started out as a little stamping. A closer view of the front shares what started as just one stamped fern. Yes, it turned into a whole bunch… ohhh well. The ladies were very patient, thankfully!! Mossy Meadow and Soft Suede inks were what we used. Three different DSP pieces and four of…

Good Things with the Shimmer Paint.
Good Things with Shimmer… No intervention needed, I promise… I used the Shimmer Paint right out the of the bottle. Using two different suites to create this card. The DSP comes from the World of Good. However, the embossing folder, die cut and sentiment comes from the In Good Taste. Are you looking for a way to get that vintage feel?? Dontcha, love how that embossing folder texture is colored?? Grab your sponge for this one… using the Early Espresso ink just LIGHTLY sweep on that ink to highlight that texture. Using that same sponge darken the edges of the rips and rolls, also to the edges of your “quill”.…

Flowers for Every Season, just a flower??
This is more then just a flower… Would you agree?? I have a friend that loves sunflowers. So I wanted to be sure to send this amazing card to her. Cutting out the petal outline two times and layering them … AMAZING!! I bet you remember the cards we did for Coffee and Cards on Saturday. Well the Jar punch is part of this same suite. Flowers for Every Season (154132), is what I like to call a “super” suite, because it has two stamp set bundles, ribbon, DSP, embellishments, Shaker Domes, Memory and More card pack and cards. But that is not all! It also includes four of the…
