    Two fun fold cards. On 8/22 Coffee and Cards we took a look at a fun fold idea. The fold concept is the same, but the orientation is different. I do love how the Stitched Rectangles and the Stitched So Sweetly (bundle stamp and dies) fits together. Yes, they are slightly skinnier but still look GREAT!!     It sure has been a LONNNg time since we have participated in a Global Design Project #255. This theme really spoke to me. I actually created one card in the facebook live and changed my mind.     Yes, Best Year Bundle… I do love me some plaid! OHHH, yes, grab your favorite plaid shirt!! Use that for inspiration on the colors. Go BOLD!! Have some fun with it!     Celebrating with Family?? I hope that you had an amazing 4th of July. Poor Joe had to work, but I did enjoy some hot dogs and potato salad.     A cute bag and coordinating card. Here is a reminder don’t forget there are TWO sides to each piece of DSP. I know and I like the punch out side too! I LOVE this subtle pattern too!! This is the same bag that was used for the Halloween bag done for Coffee and Cards back in October. Using a 6 x 12 piece of DSP-score short side along the top, score at 2 inches. Put long across the top and score at 2 1/4, 5 3/4, 8 and 11 1/2. Fold on all score lines. To close box bottom cut along the score mark in the two inch section. Bag…

    Alternative colors?? Purple Posy and Rococo Rose with Soft Suede are the two that we did for the Live. Dontcha love that Gingham DSP?? Available in EVERY color!! Anyway, grab your 1/8 inch circle punch (retired) and the Heartfelt Bundle – 153885. Sprinkle in a stamp from the Strong & Beautiful -147732 too! There is a very subtle heart that is stamped along the bottoms of each Soft Suede layer. We talked on the live about using the Stamparatus – 146276. I tried this after and here is how it looked..     Let’s talk Girls Night! Making a Masculine Birthday and the Perennial Birthday “booklet”, which we will talk about tomorrow.. So much fun creating your own DSP (designer series paper). Here was the hardest part, what colors to pick? Hummmm. Finally settled on Coastal Cabana, Daffodil Delight and Crumb Cake. Each attendee was given a 4 by 11 sheet of Whisper White. Now, how to get started….. my suggestion is to start with the biggest image first! These are all pretty much the same, BUT I choose the “fish basket”, using Crumb Cake ink.
