Wonderfully Wicked Cemetery
I am sure ready for some fun Halloween projects! I even did a video to walk you through the steps… You will want the Wonderfully Wicked (150547), Everyday Label (144668), Ink and Paper… Window Sheets (142314) for the “flying” bats and Silver Metallic Thread (138402). Adding the mini dimensional to the window sheets helped to keep them “flying”. The video below will walk you through all the steps.. I did add the Wink of Stella (141897) to all the kitties after the video. The front kitty was also added after the video… she was just too cute and needed another friend. I sure hope this helps to spark some crafty…
Spooky Wonderfully Wicked Tombstone Treats
Would you think to use vellum to add some SPOOKY?? I almost did not. GASP, right? The Tombstone “wrapper” is all vellum 1 1/2″ x 7″, with a 3/4″ x 6 1/4″ of Basic Grey and some scrap Whisper White. Tombstone wrapper starts with the Everyday Label punch (144668). First score your vellum 3 1/4″ from both ends. Then from left to right… first, slip your end section through just far enough to carefully pull out just the scored end. After pulling that end out, join the pieces/ends together. Pulling the scored end out just far enough to punch off “the end” for the “Tombstone” look. You could also do…
Wicked Treats and Harvest Hellos
This Happy Pumpkin has treats to deliver! A cookie, special candy, even maybe a TRICK?? The Harvest Hellos Bundle (153037) is perfect to add to this Mini Pizza Box (144645) top. It really needed some friends, welcome the Wonderfully Wicked Bundle (153041). However, I am not sure our cute pumpkin is super happy about having 2 spiders for friends, but… they are friendly spiders!?! The Silver Metallic Thread (138402) is PERFECT for spider webs, along with Crafty Whisper White Ink (147277). Finally our Black Kitty, just for you Paula, she is full of Wink of Stella (141897). She is all shiny in the moon light. I sure have had fun…
More Holiday fun..
Joe and I are enjoying a HOT sunny day… Thankful he is home today… wishing Trevor was here too!! but adulting can stink sometimes. Daisy Lane (bundle-15118 daisy punch-143713) whoever says you are not versatile, I will disagree! Going with traditional Night of Navy and Real Red … Here is how I “created” the flowers… Punch 2 Whisper White Daisies Stamp with Night of Navy on Whisper White and Punch with Daisy Punch. Punch 4 Whisper White Medium Daisies Stamp with Real Red on Whisper White and Punch with Medium Daisy Punch Use bone folder to carefully curl. Plain Daises, or leave flat. Layers… plain(top) then stamped image then (dimensional)…
Happy Fourth of July
I hope that you has a safe and happy holiday with family and friends! My nod to the red, white and blue, using Flourishing Phrases (s-151407 d-141478) and this may seem like an odd pair, but It Starts with Art (149303). Heat embossing the stamped image with the new Shimmer White embossing powder (149511). to add our fireworks of sparkles. Silver thread and rhinestones of all sorts. Do you think I over did it?? Stay cool, have fun and …. Have a Great Day getting Crafty!!
