Sending Hugs Fun Fold with Stargazing DSP
Sending Hugs Fun Fold I love finding ways to use DSP that is way outta the norm. Much like todays card, Sending Hugs Fun Fold. I love the colors in the Stargazing DSP (patterned paper) pack. There are Basic Black all the way to Crushed Curry and yes of course Pumpkin Pie, like here. There are so many different patterns too. Constellations, and some basic patterns like above. Using that basic pattern and adding a few fun touches to it. Yes, including the brass butterflies. Ohhh but wait until you see the inside and how it opens!! Have you gotten the Layering Leaves stamp set?? This one is a must…

First two Christmas in July cards. You will love it!
First two Christmas in July Here are the First two Christmas in July cards. A reminder first, the Sheer Ribbon (returning favorite), Red Rhinestones and Tidings of Christmas DSP was all included. Let’s starting with the Sending Hugs stamp set. This really was my very first idea when I saw this stamp set. The hard part was how was I going to create that peek-a-boo part? hummm. You are going to want to add the Layering Diorama dies to your list. I know, I know, everyone is using them for ponds, water and things like that. Well, how about this?? Ohh, yes you do see the Wink of Stella on…

Last June Alternatives and peek at the August kit.
Last June Alternatives and peek Here we are with the Last June Alternatives and peek at what we can look forward to for August. Starting with this fun fold. I am excited to say that I only added the 4 1/4 x 11 cardbase to this card. All the parts and pieces are from the kit. Ohh and the Craft White and Soft Succulent ink. Remember the Coffee Cup alternative?? The left over section is what I used on the front. I knew that it needed a pop of color so I used only two of the three sections that came in the kit. Using the stamps that came with…

4/14 Tuesday Editions of Coffee and Cards
They almost did not all fit! Dang you guys had me working for it today, hahaha!! I know, I did it to myself, right?? That Pressed Petal DSP made quick work of it though didn’t it? All these beauties with one piece of 12 x 12. These were the ones that we made during the video, mixed up the colors a bit too. No waste either. Lots of scraps used too! Keeping several of the cards a little simpler, but that DSP does so much why would you add too much?? Yeah, you know that I did…. Ribbon!!! I do love me some ribbon… although this was mostly twine. Twine…

Sending Hugs w/Inspiring Iris
Sending virtual hugs… This card happened because I was showing someone how to do the “leaves”. Using some water and Mossy Meadow reinker. I have a questions for you…. I think that these “leaves” look like cattails? Is it hard to tell with the ribbon there? Wink of Stella… Ohhh, how I wish that the Wink of Stella photographed better! I know you are wondering how I was able to get that Purple Posy Ink. Actually, that is a second generation Highland Heather. It sure gets sooo, close. In addition to this card, how about a video?? I can work on that later this week!! Yup, I added it to…
