8/25 Coffee and Cards I know you saw yesterdays card. This however was the card we made live on 8/25 Coffee and Cards. I really love how all the parts came together! Global Design Project #255
It sure has been a LONNNg time since we have participated in a Global Design Project #255. This theme really spoke to me. I actually created one card in the facebook live and changed my mind. I will share that tomorrow. This card, a new SlimLine card uses the extra trees that we colored in the Coffee and Cards live. I love these fall colors. I love this Stamp Set, Rooted in Nature (146482). I love helping YOU overcome your fear of adding MORE!! I also LOVE videos! Back to a girls night card from earlier in the month. Paired The Rooted in Nature (146482) with the Itty Bitty Birthday (148618). Used the Nature’s Roots Die (146341) for the old tree. Tried a couple different colors for the tree leaves. Although no matter which colors they turn out different EVERY time! And I love it!! Pick your sentiment … DONE!! I dare you to try the Pear Pizzazz and the Pretty Peacock together!! Ohh, the combo is just royal! For instance, the leaves on the background, beautiful. Coffee and Cards 6/15
This week we played with the Whisper White narrow note cards (145583) & envelopes along with the Rooted in Nature (146482) coordinating dies Nature’s Roots (146341). Do you struggle with small cards for your gift bags?? or are you a gift wrapper?? haha. funny right?? I hardly ever wrap anymore. I love that the bags are recyclable!! First was our beginner card. Three twine card??
Another Rooted in Nature card…. Have you decided that you need this bundle yet?? All the items associated with this set start on page 143 of the current (new) catalog. This time using the DSP, Mint Macaron, Grapefruit Grove, Basic Black and Blackberry Bliss. Have you tried to heat emboss on vellum yet?? Talk about an easy way to hide the adhesive… WOW!! Rounding out this card (hahaha) is the stitched shapes framelits (pg 220 145372 $30.) The Nature’s Twine is a four pack, Crumb Cake, Grapefruit Grove, Blackberry Bliss and Mint Macaron. Wonderful Life….
Do you get tired of those plan boring frames?? I love the plan wood ones that you can get in the craft store…yes, for $1.00. My son, Trevor and his beautiful girlfriend, Bee, made the decorating easy. On a trip to Alaska they took this picture. I was able to steal it, print it and create it. This momma will be adding it to the collection of adventure pictures that I already have.
