Red White and Blue Sweetest Well Sweetest Cherries that is. This is one of the June Ding Dong Ditch cards. Did you miss the talk about the science experiment?? What am I talking about?? Well, we took the Herringbone ribbon and died it. How?? Well we used the Real Red ink refill and some water. Let it soak overnight, let it drip dry in the sink. Then you have a new colored ribbon. Happy Birthday America! Sounds kinda funny saying Happy Birthday to a Country, but… That really is what today is all about. How as a new country “we” decided “we” wanted freedom from Tierney and Oppression. Those freedoms were as the result of many brave men and women. Freedoms that at times get taken for granted. As a Marine mom, I have a small understanding of the drive that it takes to be brave and go off to fight for those freedoms. More room! This new to me table is just what I was hoping to find! Can easily fit 5 people! WoooHooo! I do owe a friend of mine back in Illinois a HUGE favor, but she knows I am good for it! Now to find fabric for the four matching chairs! I do NOT know what someone was thinking putting white fabric on kitchen chairs YIKES!! I sure did enjoy the sunny day Sunday.
