April Showers Under my Umbrella, retiring soon.

April Showers Under my Umbrella April showers bring May flowers they say, today April Showers Under my Umbrella brings flowers, boot and thanks to your day. I hate to say that we really need some more rain. The pond is still so low. I heard on the weather too that we are still in a deficit as far as rainfall is concerned. Fingers crossed we have a chance of rain a couple days later next week. Fingers crossed!! Anyway, some happy pops of Daffodil and brightly colored flowers for today. Can you see the embossing folder in the background?? That is from the Meadow Moments embossing folder. That folder actually…

Easter Blessing with Rabbits and spring grass.

Easter Blessings with Rabbits I happy Easter Blessing with Rabbits and spring grass to you. This little cutie was for the Culver Library Class. Great Spring Colors and the simplicity of it make me happy. Yes, pull out your Stamparatus for the best way to line the four little rabbits up. Kinda funny thing. I stamped the card and knew that I wanted to add the grass. Which dies set was that darn grass in?? Found it!! The die cut grass if from the Special Day dies, which has the cutest coordinating stamp set Special Someone (retiring). Anyway, keeping with the spring theme it had to be a BRIGHT Granny…

Stamped Wreath two ways with Stamparatus

Stamped Wreath two ways I did the above Stamped Wreath two ways in my VIP group. I am currently working on a video to show you how to do this step by step. Yes, I will of course let you know when it posts. However let’s take a look at these two options. They key to these two cards is the Stamparatus. Actually it is essential. Here are the completed cards. One Pear Pizzazz and Blushing Bride. The second is Blackberry Bliss and Blushing Bride. Which is your favorite?? The Pear Pizzazz on is slightly bigger then the Blackberry Bliss. I hate to say that both of the stamp sets…

Fourth Seven days of Haunting Halloween ideas.

Fourth Seven days of Haunting Ohhh we are on the Fourth, Seven days of Haunting?? This little cutie was a Coffee and Cards, card. You can check it out over on facebook only. This Happy pumpkin is from the Everything Essential bundle. Yes, this is a stamp set and punch bundle. I love to be able to save 10%. During the Coffee and Cards video This really started out as a different idea. I was going to use the punch to line the card with tags and then our little cutie. Ohh, but that was a disaster!! YIKES!!! Although we were able to use several pieces, some just got tossed.…

8/8 Coffee and Cards Posted for You.

Coffee, Posted for You. Coffee and Cards from a couple weeks ago… dang!! Grab your Wink of Stella so we can color!! WHAT??? Using the Posted for You Bundle those little birds are just super cute! I used the Just Jade and Gray Granite for the cardstock and ink. Punch, punch and punch… You could use different colors for that “stamps” if you wanted. I was using things that were already on the craft table believe it or not. Girl’s Night left overs. Using my Wink of Stella as a paint brush… just a little dip in the ink. See the video for a view of the light touch you…

    Snow Front?

Sure does not look like a snowy scene. I really love how much this set changes when you change the colors. You can check the facebook live here. The only thing that was subtracted was the “smoke” from the chimney. To do that was just a matter of not inking that section of the cabin. Funny how the look changes also when you watercolor or just straight stamp. Can you tell which is which?? The first one (left) is the straight stamp. How can you tell? The leaf colors are darker. The “grass” in that one is where we started the watercolor technique. They the leaves on the second (middle)…

    9/21 Coffee and Cards

Today the thing that we focused on for Coffee and Cards was… Sponging. We also like to call it, dirtying it up. The Harvest Hellos (b-153037) is perfect to try this technique out. The punch also makes quick work of images. Several Colors were used on each apple/pumpkin. No, I do not have a sponge for every color, buttt! How much are you liking the “burlap” background?? That comes from the Pressed Petal DSP (149500). Adding the sentiments from Itty Bitty Greeting (151331) and Country Home (147678). I know I have been talking about it, but ALL the new, Coffee and Cards videos are on my YouTube channel. Here is…

    Sending Prayers ..Perennial Essence

Today is all about the paper! This DSP (149100) is more like a Monet painting, water lilies and flower gardens. Wanting to keep this sympathy card simple and showcase the amazing paper! Ohhh and let us not forget that RIBBON (149441)! In addition to all that AMAZING paper the “Sending Prayers” sentiment is from the Itty Bitty Greetings (146667). Did you miss the scalloped edge on our layer?? That is one from the Stitched Be Mine dies (148527). I was super excited to find the die MUCH longer then I needed for a card front. Well, I know my friend will like the love that is wrapped inside this card.…
