First May Girls Night Card using Flirty and Daffodil.
First May Girls Night Card Here is the feminine or flower card. This being the First May Girls Night Card. This one being the more complicated one. Only really because it is a fun fold. You would have made two. Note that the top card has two flowers. That is because I did not want to waste ANY of those beautify flowers. The flowers are die cut out using the DSP. Let me tell you there are a TON too. Ohh, and all of the supplies are using the Hues of Happiness suite. I love changing the online card up just slightly. This one I used the background die twice…

All Squared Away Retiring Soon Bundle idea.
All Squared Away Retiring Join me today, looking at the All Squared Away Retiring soon bundle. I paired this one with an embossing folder that is also perfect for the Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss. Meadows Moments is a double folder set and also retiring (and 50% off too!!). Which is a win in my book. It really is so worth celebrating all of these layers. To get this look you will want to cut out the full square twice in two different colors. In this case it is Cajun Craze and Soft Succulent. I chose the Cajun Craze for the Clay pots that I have been planting in already.…

Mum with Daisy Punch. Here is my version of a fall flower. I have not made a mum with the Daisy punch, have you?? I really got the idea from the Ornate Garden DSP. Right down to the colors, Mint Macaron, Early Espresso and Bumblebee. I created this card for the Culver Library class. The ladies loved it. Always need a birthday card, right?? How about that mum?? Bye Bye to Bonanza Buddies
I have a young cousin that had a birthday earlier this month… And bears with bows seemed to be the ticket! This DSP…. Ohh sooo happy and bright. The Koala just makes you want to smile doesn’t it?? Are you seeing the little round of hearts?? I bet you recognize them… Those are hearts left over from valentines day, BUT perfect for confetti. Haha, I know I am evil! But at least I marked the back of the envie. Even added an extra Koala to that side! And you bet I put the WHOLE round inside the card. The Koala is CUTE, but…. It needed a few sparkling touches! March Girls Night idea
Set Mash Up! Using the Inspiring Iris stamp set (149268) and the Flourish Dies (141478) to create this card. The idea came to me because of the pattern in the stamp set. That pattern is sooo close I decided to try it together. I would say it was a WINNER! How about you? Then ladies decided that this card should be in all different colors!! LOVE! However, I need to point out that the “background” or the “grass” is actually the background for the Iris stem!! To me it looked like a cattail. What do you think?? You really will want to join us next month. I made chocolate chip…

Catch of the Day for Girl’s Night Birthday
Let’s talk Girls Night! Making a Masculine Birthday and the Perennial Birthday “booklet”, which we will talk about tomorrow.. So much fun creating your own DSP (designer series paper). Here was the hardest part, what colors to pick? Hummmm. Finally settled on Coastal Cabana, Daffodil Delight and Crumb Cake. Each attendee was given a 4 by 11 sheet of Whisper White. Now, how to get started….. my suggestion is to start with the biggest image first! These are all pretty much the same, BUT I choose the “fish basket”, using Crumb Cake ink. Be sure to leave room you can ALWAYS add. The coastal Cabana and hat were next. Lastly,…

Itty Bitty Birthday for a Challenge
More birthday cards for my stash! Hey, let’s think about this for a minute… 365 days in a year. Yup, I will be making 365 plus cards, but most importantly SENDING them! ANYWAY, The Global Design Project has a fun sketch this week. Using this sketch for my two new birthday cards. Coffee and Cards was exciting this morning, because one of my brothers stopped in. I am grateful for his help. He is the one that downloads my FB lives for me. Thank you Brad! Check out the live! In addition to adding the leaves, you see that there is a knot on the sentiment. But let’s talk DSP.…
