Autumn Leaves Twig Wreath with leaves

Autumn Leaves Twig Wreath When I saw that the leaves had a separate die for the veins, I was super excited. So the Autumn Leaves Twig Wreath was conjured, concept was in process. Now how was I going to create the ‘wreath form’? Humm, Well, How about a couple of circle punches. That would work. Now how many die cuts will I need?? That was the question AND no idea for sure. I used both the “elm/birch’ set and the ‘oak’ veins. The colors that I thought would work best are Crumb Cake and Early Espresso. This card was created during a Coffee and Cards video but here is the…

Fall on the Hamscher Homestead Yes, the decorations for fall are complete. Okay, mostly. Fall on the Hamscher Homestead must have a few pumpkins and gourds. However, I have not seen any that I can get excited about. What I am talking about is real pumpkins and gourds. Trust me when I say that the inside of the houses is a sea of orange. Yes, in all shades. There are colored leaves, scarecrows and loads of sunflowers too. This is the corner of the kitchen counter. I might have found new candles for this arrangement. I need to wait and see. I do love me some LED flicker candles that…

Colorful Seasons for more Thankful greetings

Using a technique that I showed you back on the Waterfront Watercolor Card to stamp the leaves. Using the watercolor technique to stamp the leaves. I used the coordinating leaf die found in the Seasonal Layers (143751). Colors used to create the leaves, Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive and So Saffron. Kaitlyn and I created the left card first. All the while trying to pick the best sentiment. Country Home (147678) has the “simply thankful…”, while the Painted Harvest (144783) had the “I am thankful…”.
