Joe and I went to the local Christmas Tree farm, Hensler’s to find out perfect tree. So many possibilities. We went with a smaller nettle this year. It was a nice day, thankfully. What do you think?? 3D Thursday it is my turn I am super excited for 3D Thursday it is my turn so share. Here is my Mini Jam Jar Tree. All you need is one package of Mini Jam Jars (6), the Christmas PInecone dies and Christmas Trimmings dies. I use the Real Red Ruffled ribbon, but you could use any red. Here is my favorite part only one piece of cardstock. A half a sheet of Old Olive. Plus, a half sheet of Mossy Meadow. Sad looking Hamscher Homestead Things are really sad looking at the Hamscher Homestead, right??? Guys it is the 14th. This is the only decorations that I have up so far. Usually things are all decked out. I know I go a little Christmas Crazy, but this is just a drastic opposite for me!! YIKES!! So every year the VERY first thing that comes out is Mooch’s Christmas chair. You can see it in the background of this photo. I actually have only seen him on it once in three days. Happy Christmas Eve on the Homestead
If you know me… You know for sure I love to decorate for Christmas. This year I got a late start, BUT… Here is how it all turned out! From the foyer, top left, and to the kitchen table. The old wood, evergreens of all types, to the cardinals. It just helps to bring the outside in. Our Christmas tree in the family room, fireplace, the stocking are hung, but not in the picture, sorry.
