Butterfly Anniversary card for Joe Earlier this month Joe and I celebrated our 12th anniversary. As always it is a Butterfly Anniversary card for Joe. Also in keeping with us, it is purple and green. My favorite color and his. Please note that I did use some pieces from the ‘Bits and Pieces’ container. Here is the other note, since I do not have to mail it, it does NOT have to fit inside and envelope. Did you see the live?? Yes, I did this for a live the day before out anniversary. I know it is tough to see, but I did a clear heat emboss of butterflies on…

Bits and Pieces First for YouTube – Three cards!
Bits and Pieces First for YouTube I love it, Bits and Pieces First for YouTube channel!! The bucket is starting to get away from me, but Here are a few ideas. First however, I need to note that there are items that are retired. I was super excited though that MOST is current. Okay, let’s break each one down… Staring with this one, the “Dear Friend” card. Keeping this one a little bit more simple. The sentiment on this one is from the Edens Garden stamp set. Then adding the Layering Circles dies and the Flowering of Friendship bundle. I know you are not able to tell the “pond” of…

Scraps with quick and easy, two last minute ideas.
Scraps with quick and easy Today I have two ideas for your Scraps with quick and easy layers. A little stamping for the background. However the DSP does most, okay all the work on both of these cards. The first is from Painted Season, which is going to be a returning favorite in the Aug – Dec Mini in 2022. Holy Cow, 2022 is just over a week away. YIKES!! Adding simple layers to the front using Evening Evergreen really helps those greens pop!! The sentiment is a die cut that is included in the Christmas Season Bundle. I have to admit that this sentiment is my favorite. I like…

Two last from the bits and pieces container…
What is the count?? I will have to go back and look… but let’s start here… The ribbon and retired die cut was in the container. First I layered the Crushed Curry die cut on Daffodil Delight. How did I get it to match up?? I went old school… That is correct, I traced it with a pencil. However not just some fancy pencil. The ones that you actually have to sharpen. haha certain to be careful and get every little curve. Grabbed the scissors and FUSSY CUT! Secondly, this one used the piece that was NOT picked on Coffee and Cards. Along with the little scrap left over from…
