9/14 Coffee and Cards
Coffee and Cards this week we are still working with the Perennial Essence Suite (152166). Today though we are working with just the leaves. There are two different types of leaves. Lets take a closer look…. I started with was the middle card this week. Punches, and a pretty edge. Do you see the Stitched Shapes die (145372)? The results are in.. Magnolia Lane
Remember last weeks post?? Did you get you comment in?? I loved all the ideas and took a little from everyone to get the final card… Using the leaves, bakers twine and moving the sentiment. Also, a touch of Wink of Stella some ink and an extra layer to the sentiment. Want to see a close up?? The magnolia buds were switched to Blushing Bride, used the Petal Pink and Wink of Stella to the lower edge of the buds. A touch of Mossy Meadow ink is what gives the leaves that light color. I love the Wink of Stella and tried my best to get a good picture. Next…

Adding a small bit of Petal Pink cardstock on a Whisper White card base… hummm, what could we add?? I like to add in threes… working off this same card what would you add?? Same basic card… adding the Organdy Striped Ribbon (149441) in Petal Pink. Three Basic Pearls (144219) and the dark Old Olive Stampin’ Blends coloring them to match. Last thing to add is the magnolia bud stamped with…
