It is a Grateful Sunday. Hubby and his critters.

It is Grateful Sunday. It is that time again, it is Grateful Sunday. Today is about Joe and his love for critters. This morning Joe came home and checked the weather. Saw that the temperature was going to drop. So he brought out the heat lamp an old wool coat. Then he went about to construct a warm house. Using an old storage container and all sorts of other parts. Now, here is the thing. Junior is still deciding what he wants. He likes spending time us, however only one at a time. Junior even chats with us. He even follows me to the chicken coop. Fingers crossed he knows…

Kitty Moving days setup …so much going on.

Kitty Moving days setup. So much going on with the Kitty, Moving days. setup and a peak at the craft room. Starting with Mr. Bigglesworth. He decided to spend the night up in the tree house. To say that I was surprised is an under statement. That is the same spot that I found White Sox in last week. They really are missing sister. Moving days, started with cleaning up the kitchen table. The top left photo you will see how huge my kitchen table is. Yes, both leaves of the table are in. I hate to say that the table still had some stuff from the kitchen remodel. No,…

This That and the Next BIG thing.

This That and the Next So last Tuesday I had a visitor. Logan is a 6 year old, very busy boy. And no I do not expect anything less. He and I did a bunch of this, that and the next. This “little” is home schooled and was on Fall Break. How lucky am I get have him visit? Super lucky, because we made all kinds of fun stuff. Chicken and potatoes for dinner, Chocolate Chip cookies and Wednesday morning we made Apple Coffee Cake. Let me just add he is a super helper!! Cleaned as he went along and everything. And yes, of course we did enjoy the spoils…

Saying goodbye to Gabby – we will miss you.

Saying Goodbye to Gabby. A tough decision had to be made today. Joe and I had to say good-bye to sweet Gabby. Joe is devastated but knows that it was the right decision. She has many many buddies over that rainbow bridge. However, saying goodbye to Gabby and ANY pet is always difficult. Which includes her partner in crime and sister from another mother Maggie. These two needed a sister. When Maggie moved in 2009 they hit it off. Immediately!! Maggie has been gone for a few years. I remember how lost poor Gabby was. Now poor White Sox just does not know what to do. Remember we talked the…

    Snow and…

A couple weeks ago we had a different kind of “kitty” up on the porch sniffing for food. Happy that we pick up the food dishes at night. But this Opossum apparently ventured out after the snow. On my walks this week I have been searching for all the different types of leaves. This Oak leaf is a new one to me. I was SUPER excited to find it. I wonder what I will find next time! Hugs and Have a Great Day getting Crafty!!
