Happy Easter How are you doing?? I know for me the day today was a struggle. Not being able to see family, or even spend time with my hubby was just weird. Usually I travel out to Illinois and have a fun, but CRAZY dinner with the whole family. Not today. Poor Joe who is still considered an essential worker, is working. How did you spend your holiday?? Coloring with the Stampin’ Blends
On the Tuesday Edition of Coffee and Cards we colored Ladybugs. I was really needing some… relaxing… no stress, fun! Soooo, what did I do, pulled out the Blends and made a few more!! Good Morning to you! Gabby wanted to say good morning to everyone. She was enjoying the sunshine while we had it! I can be honest with you guys, right?? I did enjoy the peak of “spring” we had over the weekend. Did a couple things outside. Joe fixed the truck, YEAH! Again actually!! Finger crossed it’s all good now. Day 4 of Valentines – Heartfelt – create your own DSP
Fun idea today… Let’s make our own DSP (designer series paper). Here are the Ink colors…. Poppy Parade, Melon Mambo, Petal Pink and Crumb Cake. Using the Heartfelt stamp set (151417 B-153775) and the largest image first, general rule. Keep in mind that you have a sentiment layer to add over the “DSP”. We used only a 4 x 5 1/4 inch pieces, but you could make a whole sheet and then make up several cards. In other words spread some more love!! Now, you know I did not think about this, of course, until just now that Happy Valentines needs some Shimmer Spritzer on it, hummm!! ANYWAY, the layering…

Birthday Bonanza – Birthday
These critters are just soooo stinking cute!! How could you not smile with this cute Koala wishing you a happy birthday? He was fussy cut out of the DSP, the die would cut him too! Small layers added with Basic Black and Bermuda Bay. I have enjoyed playing with the FREE Metallic Bakers Twine and Sequins (152314)?? However, you will need your Take Your Pick tool (144107) for those sequins!! Additionally, that bakers twine added just enough sparkle for the receiver to just LOVE it!! SMILE!!
