Snuggles Flower Egg and Snow

Donnie, Mr Skinny Butt, sleeps on a heated bed and apparently Wayne wanted to share some snuggles with him. Today, I want to share some things that are going on around the Homestead including Snuggles Flower Egg and Snow. No there was no battle between Wayne and Donnie.

I promised last week that I would share Mindy’s Amaryllis photo. Her’s is the photo on the right. Mine is the photo on the left. It has been opening more by the hour. I am so excited. As you can see Mindy’s is more Coral in color… Mine is more pink. More on mine next week.

I got this egg last week. Kinda a weird one. The bumps on the egg are calcium. This egg, I am guessing was laid by a chicken that has not laid in a while. I thought it was cool enjoy to share with you guys. It was super scratchy too.

Lastly, SNOW!!! I thought I would give you a different perspective this week. This was taken Friday Night after we had lake effect all day. I was excited about getting the snow, as you can guess. I was happy that it last all day too. However, I also know that not everyone shares my enthusiasm. No worries… I still love it!!
