Seventh days Haunting Halloween or not??

Seventh days of Haunting
On this Seventh Days of Haunting Halloween is all about the candy corn!! I know I know, but this is what Joe wanted to see. It was his birthday after all. And yes I did ask him. He even came back to see how it turned out. Keep in mind that this could be a fall card too. Well mostly…
Keeping this one clean and simple was my original idea. Glad that I cut for a second. I like this one, but you guys know me. Have you looked into that Rainbow Glitter paper?? Dang, if that didn’t have the perfect colors in it. I even love how the sentiment bat has a ting of orange in it!! We did try a couple ways to get the edges rounded over. First was the Detailed Trio punch. I do think that worked out the best.

Second try was with the Timeless Label punch. It worked too, but needed a little more trimming. Adding the Woodland Embossing Folder with the sponging for a more spooky feel. Yes! Using the Craft Whisper White ink for the “spooky haze” in the air. haha. Question… have you ever seen a candy corn with super defined lines?? Yeah me either. That is why we pulled out those daubers and sponged up the Candy Corn too!!

During the Coffee and Cards video on Tuesday, it was decided that spiders were needed. Originally they were to be white, put decided that you really could not see them. I took a deep breath and crossed my toes. And tried the second stamp. You see we already cut out the first Whisper White stamp. Thankful it worked out as shadow effect. (clapping for sure!!) Add in a ripped sentiment some more sponging and you have a fun spooky card, right??
Have you been following all of the days??
Here is where you can find them all… First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, and yesterday. Thank you so much for joining in the fun this last week.
Hugs and Have a Great Day getting Crafty!!
