Signs of Spring and a little Raleigh

So with traveling from Wednesday to Sunday, not too much to share. No Joe did not overshare kitty photos. Joe did not even share any photos while I was gone. Which is usual. Anyway, I did some walking around to see what was new and look what I found. More Tree buds. This is from Dogwood Trees out front. I found them while looking for Daffodil Sprout. I know you want to see those too.. Well let me say there there are LOTS!! I noticed as soon as I walked up to the house….

The photo on the right is off the walkway to the house. The other is over by the chicken coop. Soo glad that we stopped letting out the chickens. They were working on putting holes in the ones by the coop. I can NOT wait to see all of this with blooms. Ohh my goodness!!

With that, I think and we will find out soon.

The Forsythia that was planted last year and the two by the street are going to be a big show this year. All three are loaded with buds. That bright yellow is always a happy sign of spring. Walking around myself and with Joe I have unearthed from the oak leaves several in the tree line too more daffodil leaves. Soo many leaves back there I need to go back with a rack to be sure they are uncovered. Not today though.

Here are Becky, myself and Nancy at the airport in Raleigh. Wow even on the billboard at the luggage carousal. Yes, we had to take a photo. I do love these little things.

This was super cool, great photo OP and an amazing touch. This was at the convention center. Right at check in. Soo you know that we had too, right?? Soo many little things, remember. Yes, there was a line to get these photos done. Ohh so much fun to tell you guys about… Stay Tuned!!
