Today I have two ideas for your Scraps with quick and easy layers. A little stamping for the background. However the DSP does most, okay all the work on both of these cards. The first is from Painted Season, which is going to be a returning favorite in the Aug – Dec Mini in 2022. Holy Cow, 2022 is just over a week away. YIKES!!
Adding simple layers to the front using Evening Evergreen really helps those greens pop!! The sentiment is a die cut that is included in the Christmas Season Bundle. I have to admit that this sentiment is my favorite. I like the change of the fonts and I have use the “Love & Joy” by itself. Although the boughs got a workout for most of my insides. This one uses the holly leaves.
This Sweet Stocking DSP is perfect for the pet lover. No matter if you are a cat person or a dog person. I however am both. See what I mean about the paper doing all the work?? Looking for the scraps?? Well the dogs and cat is actually two pieces. Add the little bit of “sweater” pattern to the sentiment piece. NO matter how big or small use them up!!
Ohhh those happy pets. Do you purchase gifts for your pets?? We do. Treats, beds and Santa brings kitty collars. Anyway, Even the light strands are scraps. I do love how it pulls is all together. How?? Note the lives around the Golden Retriever. All the same. Heartfelt Wishes was a great all around stamp set too, Those sentiments and font!
