Project Flowers Trees Chickens

I am super excited that I was able to get this complete this week. You know that I have loads to share with you this week, starting with a Project Flowers Trees Chickens. Remember las week, I spoke a little about this project. I was hoping that the weather would cooperate, it looked as if it would not. I am glad to say that it did. Needing to figure out how big the space needed to be. That is why the photo last week.

Having all the bricks already.

These were the ones that used to be the steps going down to the pond. Sooo, all I needed to do is move them. Anyway, I was able to get them over by the veggie garden. Finding the right spot, and leveling that space was a fun trick. Luckily there is plenty of sand around. Getting my level, rubber mallet and knee pad I got to work. About an hour and a half later.. Complete!! There are 25 bricks, five rows of five. All level snug and ready for the warmer weather. Although I sat out there this morning. After that I did some walking around. Here is what I found!

So many beautiful flowers. All different colors ALL over the yard. About everywhere you turn there is a tulip or daffodil blooming. Ohhh it is just so very happy. Ohhh It did only make me happy check this out…

The little bee inside this tulip is super happy. The two pear trees were buzzing when I walked passed them too. Ohhh but wait there is more…

Sooo much going on, The two Cleveland pear trees are white fluff balls. The redbud is waiting its turn. We have three on the property. And the Crabapples (two) are going to give us a show after the Redbuds. It is truly amazing to me. I know that I am not the only one that enjoys it. The neighbor across the street is also. I do see folks slow down a bit to take a look too. More to come I think.

Lastly, I will leave you with the chickens. They have need dust bathing and enjoying the sunshine for sure. They wanted to pop in and say have a GREAT week!! Dad, I know that they are not the ducks, but we have to share.
