Pressed Petal for Coffee and Cards

Sooo much fun playing with scraps on Coffee and Cards this morning! The Pressed Petal DSP has 24 sheets double sided (149500). All of the above pieces were scraps. Even the layering pieces. The only full pieces are the card bases. Do you ever look at a stack of scraps and wonder what to do?? Check out the live for ideas….

Did you get a few ideas??

I sure hope so! Now let’s take a closer look at each of the ideas.

Starting with the card on the left… This was what started this whole idea. I had the strip of “script” paper and laying by it was the flower pattern. WOW, that looks good… what else do I have?? Found the flower pattern for the card on the right. Several pieces of that actually…

Two of these layers are the same paper, just flipped over. Good idea?? You bet!! Here is my question to you… Do we need a sentiment on the front of this card?? hummmm?? The sentiment from the two above is from the Painted Harvest Stamp Set (144783).

Yup, you guessed it… Found a couple more pieces. Well, what do you do with that?? You make another card. This one was put on Old Olive because… Again, you guessed, it is what I had. Added a little bow and some sequins (146933) this time.

Have you fallen in love with DSP yet?? Do you need a quick and easy card?? This is my go to for that!! Birthday, thinking of you, you name it… it will work!! Even a masculine card… there is a burlap, wood grain and a couple different leaf patterns.

Been working on a video for tomorrow… Kinda excited!!

Hugs and Have a Great Day getting Crafty!!
