Plant delivery Construction and Misc things

Remember I said that I had ordered some plants. Well, here they are all safe and sound. Four Boxwoods and One Baby Blue Spruce as part of the Plant delivery Construction and Misc things here on the homestead. I did my second online plant order. The first was a gift, which worked out perfectly. Ordering from the same place I had these delivered here.

Where did they go?

Well, the Baby Blue Spruce, yes dad that is the name. That one will be going out by the concrete mixers. In a couple of years this will be our new tree for Christmas lights. YEAH!! The other four….

Two went on the bedroom side of the front flower bed. The other two went on the craft room side. The craft room side also got two small decorative trees that I transplanted from the Memorial Garden. I have a third one to dig up yet. Will share next week.

Moving on to the part everyone wants to see… Construction. Yup, pulled out the power tools and got the two front planters made. Using Cedar left over plus a couple pieces that I picked up while in Illinois. Also, using the same design from the strawberry boxes. Just on a smaller scale. These boxes are about 1 1/2 feet by 2 1/2 feet. Plus, due to some smart planning, 😂, on my part I added a spot for the solar lamp post. I am not 100% sure what I want in these boxes.

I have two Lollypop Hydrangeas that need a home. And to be honest they need to be in a much better spot then they are now. Yes, I need to decide, soon. Maybe this week.

Come to find out that the second grape vine is NOT a concord. I am okay with this… I have been picking right from the vines.. Sooo good!!

I called a friend to see if she knew of some pallets…. Well, I was able to load up the back of the pickup with SEVERAL…. Yes, this is a new project. As always I will share soon!!
