Pale Papaya Two Ways

Today has Pale Papaya Two Ways adding in a little Just Jade. Do not forget at the bottom is the YouTube video how I made the bottom left. That one has more layers to it. Because there is no wasting those “clouds” from the top version. We created the top in an episode of Coffee and Cards. Dare I say (again) that I am not sure which I like better. Each has layers and each has the same basic idea. I do like the lighter color or the top one.

For this card I used the Blending Brushes and a piece of Basic White. The “masked” clouds were from another Basic White using one the Basic Border dies. These dies have six different borders. Check back tomorrow for a different one! Keep in mind that using the dies or even a ripped piece of Basic White would work. The key here is to keep it in the same location while blending each side. Note: that you could use painters tape to secure it too.

I really love the “helicopters” from the maple tree that is included in the Enjoy the Moment stamp set. Brings back many childhood memories. When I was young we had several large maples in our yard. So… spring was not complete without all those crazy seed pods EVERYWHERE!!

Using the already inked Blending Brush to shade the corner and stamp a few more “helicopters” to the inside. I love that sentiment. This would be one that I would buy the stamp set for, really!! It is always about the simple things!
