Fancy Fold,  Mystery Card Night

October Mystery Card Night 2022, two ideas.

October Mystery Card Night

Have you been able to join us for this yet?? The October Mystery Card Night was soo fun! We made two cards and Laughed of course! I am pretty excited about this set. I can tell you that I usually have an idea of what we are going to make. However, never sure how it is going to turn out. Can you relate??

We always do at least one fun fold. I would say that this could qualify as two?? What do you think?? Tell me in the comments. This top is a side step card. The bottom one is a pocket card. Need a closer look??

So many things on this first card. Die cuts, punches and yes window sheets. So the “spooky” forest, bats and sentiment come from the Scary Cute bundle. The pumpkin is the Double Oval Punch and the Bough Punch. The “tombstones” use the new Triple punch. Lastly the Window Sheets are holding the “floating” bats. Yes there is some dauber work on those tombstones and sentiment. What do you think?? Wanna join us next time??

Second, Pocket Card idea.

This uses the new Host DSP from the June- December mini. Love that pack. All the DSP can be used for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. There are a few Black and White sheets too! However, back to the card. Using the Gingerbread House dies for out “castle” and fence. More bats of course. Tulip punch for the Ghost. Thanks to Sherri for the fun google eye addition.

Lastly on this one is the broom. Yes, that is an actual stick. Yes, from the yard. They do after all make the perfect broomsticks. Adding in some Crumb Cake cardstock for the sweeping part.

I bet you are curious…

Here is basically how it all works. Join the Mystery Card Night and Games group. The fun starts on Wednesday, November 9. You will get a list of cuts on Thursday at 6pm. The live is Friday. However, this month will be slightly different. I will be outta town. No worries there will still be participation prizes and card drawing.

Hugs and Have a Great Day Getting Crafty!!
