Memorial and Tribute to Mooch

A few weeks ago we said goodbye to our head snoopervisor! Today I share a Memorial and Tribute to Mooch! Let me start out with a disclaimer. The cat punch is retired. It was pulled out I’d retirement for this card. Yes, it is one of those items that I keep.

Let’s see what else I used… Brass Butterflies, that was a given right? How about the Crumb Cake Cardstock? Same! Two ribbons are up next, one is Linen Thread. Although the second is Natural Finish ribbon, I added some extra ink to it. Lastly, is my new favorite… Tree Rings Hybrid embossing folder with dies.

Sponge Daubers are a must for this bundle. Add ink to the bark and color up those leaves. Cutting out a few rings one for the front and two more for the inside.

Now it is time for a story…

Here is where I want to share one more story about Mooch! Back when Joe and I were first dating. Trevor was coming home after boot camp. I was here in Indiana for a visit and wanted to prepare for Trevor’s visit and put up some “Christmas” decorations. I went to a store in town found a few things to decorate with. However that was not all I found. I picked up four kitty collars. One for each of Joe’s bunch! Joe came home and was giving Mooch pets. Slipped his collar off. Mooch was NOT happy. Joe said he was visibly upset. Joe put the collar back on and all was fine. Guys, no one can tell me that cats do not know how much we love and care for them. Love and miss you Mooch!
