Last of Fall and Happy Chickens this week.

Last of Fall and Happy Chickens

I love how this picture turned out… Today is all about the Last of Fall and Happy Chickens. The Cleveland Pears were the last to look beautiful. However, with all the wind we had today…. I would bet that it is bare now. Do you see the little sliver of a moon on the top left.

The last of the fall looking shrubs. The Oakleaf Hydrangea is looking AMAZING too. That dark burgundy color has been on this for over 3 weeks. I keep walking past it and meant to take a photo sooner. It sure is loving its home!!

While cleaning out the chicken coop this last weekend. The girls told me that there was not enough seating room. Meaning… they needed a new perch. I found the perfect branch in the back forty. I tucked it into the welded wire and done. The girls checked it out right away!!

The glamorous job of owning chickens… Cleaning up the mess!! Scooping out all the ‘business’, spreading it around the pine trees and then adding clean sand a little bit of shavings and all done. The girls starting checking out the new sand before I was done. I was even gifted a few eggs. Dontcha love the colors??

Lastly, Joe and I were sick last week. Thankfully we are on the mend and with the holiday coming. I am working on some fun ideas. I hope that you are able to enjoy time with family this week/weekend.

Hugs and Have a Great Day getting Crafty!!
