Keeping things a little simple and you know we are going to build your confidence by the time we get to the fourth one. Ohh, but wait there is a fifth one too!!
Remember I said simple, right. I like this one because you can get four cards from the one 6 x 6 piece of DSP. I also like this one because you can very easily make this one a birthday card. With no sentiment on the inside just the “ink” is COULD be a masculine card too. What do you think??
Dontcha love how the inside stamping look. Yup, that stamp in in the Expression in Ink Suite, bundle or the stamp set. It easily can look continuous too! I made sure to stamp close.
Card number two. Just a reminder that the die cutting is done for you with the kit. However, I can not stamp for you. You can always add the stamp set to your class. Pale Papaya is what this one is ALL about. Blending Brushes used on the cardbase background. Remember we tweaked this one in the live. Switched the Basic Black and Pale Papaya layers so that the Basic Black was on the bottom.
The foil here is from the now available Brushed Metallic Foil that is a returning favorite in the July-Dec mini. Now keep in mind that you do not need to concrete that leaf down. Do the larger areas and let the rest curl a little bit.
I need to talk about the front sentiment.
The flower is stamped on Pale Papaya using Pale Papaya. Die cut out, and then stamped with either StazOn or Memento black ink. I really love being able to stamp sentiments on unexpected cut images. No only do I feel that is gives extra value but it is unexpected, fun and pretty cool if I say so myself.
