Onstage General Swaps

Swaps, not sure what those are?? Well, you create a card make several all pretty much the same and “trade” with someone for one that they have made. Planning three different swaps took a little time… One this general swap and the other two, which can best be explained as organized swaps. Look for them later this week. Fun cards was my focus, and I knew I wanted to use the Dandelion Wishes (w-146744 c-146747) stamp set. Pleasantly surprised when other demonstrators used it also AND in different ways then I did. So exciting, right?? Using five different colors just to make the choice slightly tougher. Hahaha which is your favorite… Crumb Cake, Fresh Fig, Tranquil Tide, Pool Party and Highland Heather. Splitting up the Burlap Ribbon, each card has two strips. The image is heat embossed first then using your ink pad, be brave, and put the whole ink pad over the image. You will need to use a bone folder, lightly, to get the full ink “pattern”. Just like magic!! After the cardstock dries, rub, with a paper towel, over the image to bring out the shine of the embossing. Tah-Dah… beautiful. Have any questions about this let me know… Thank you for stopping by today. Check back again tomorrow, Have a Great Day getting Crafty!!
