Guys in one week… These are the Sunflower Seeds. To say that I am excited is an understatement. Here is what I have for the rest of this post, Hopeful Flowers Plans and Ducks all on the Hamscher Homestead. It has been a busy week. Here is to hoping that the rain comes too.

Here is a peak at a few flowers. Starting from left to right. The Mock Orange is huge again… I was thinking earlier today that it needs to move. Yup, After the butterflies get done with this I will prune it SEVERELY. So that in the fall I can move it. Second photo is a Peony at one side of the front walk the other is the other side. Add in joe’s Grandmas Rose bush. Dang it smells amazing.

Ohhh, finally, yes finally the deck pots are done. This is one that is always huge for me because I see them all day every day! Last week I spray painted the table in between the two chairs there and the hooks in the last photo. Moving on to planting… I had a few things that I liked, however, then I found those amazing petunias in the hanging baskets and knew!! Yup, knew that I wanted to keep with pink and purple tones. Ohhh can you see the little frog in the middle photo. Dang he is soo cute!! Ohhh but wait there is MORE….

Ohhh yes, Joe did work on it a bit and he can get is started. Joe says there is still more work to do on that. He needed it though to level the ground for our new little metal shed. That will be this weekends project. Joe has his long weekend after Wednesday, fingers crossed.

Notice the other thing??

That is an outdoor rug. I found it on, of course, Amazon and thought it might be worth a try. Now it is definitely large enough for the table and chairs. However, I can not find the screws for the table and after two different trips to the hardware store. Joe purchase a bolt and screw thread ID kit for me. Now to head back to the hardware store for 12 of the correct ones. Plus three bags of black dirt, those are for vine crops.

Lastly, for you Dad. The ducks were coming in for the night and wanted to say hello Qaucky style.
