Global Design Project #255

It sure has been a LONNNg time since we have participated in a Global Design Project #255. This theme really spoke to me. I actually created one card in the facebook live and changed my mind. I will share that tomorrow. This card, a new SlimLine card uses the extra trees that we colored in the Coffee and Cards live. You will want to grab your Rooted in Nature stamps and Nature’s Roots dies.
I do not know about you, but a little cooler temperatures would be nice. I will say some rain would be even better. Anyway, how about making those trees??

Notice how each tree looks a little different. The colors that I used are Old Olive, Mango Melody, Pumpkin Pie, Real Red and Early Espresso. These are all the Stampin’ Write markers. I love that you can use these for coloring on your stamps!! Just so fun! How did I pick the colors?? They came directly from that little piece of DSP. The Plaid Tiding DSP to be exact. All sorts of fun colors in that paper pack. **Keep in mind that you can NOT do that with the Stampin’ Blends.

Have you been missing the jewelry tag punch we had several years ago?? Well here is something super close!! 1/2 wide and using the Lovely Labels Pick a Punch. This one needs to be on your list for sure!! Two different edges and three different sizes!
Yes, you can use 1/2, 3/4 or a full inch of cardstock. Then you pick which end you want. I did the rounded for this, but the flat end would work. Just want you like.
Thank you Global Design Project.
So much fun participating in the Global Design Project #255 challenge this week. I sure hope that you enjoyed the card too! Thank you for a timely challenge. Now I am really ready or the cooler weather!!
Hugs and Have a Great Day getting Crafty!!
