WoooHooo, it is Global Design Project day!! And with the challenge being a theme of Bees, Birds and Butterflies… Ohhh Yeah, I am soo in!!

Knowing that you want to participate and coming up with an idea are two different things!! But this morning a friend posted about glitter and ..

BAM!

Have you ever mixed shimmer paint and embossing paste?? Here is how this came about… when ordering I have thought about ordering the shimmering white (145645), however, the white (141979) that is already in my craft room is half full.

Hummm?

Ever thought about it?? Add a swipe and magic! TRY IT!

Have you created your own templates?? Back when the embossing paste was introduced we even used the laser cut paper as a template. ANYWAY.. using the butterfly from Springtime Impressions (146326) cut out with Whisper White (100730), there is your template. Yes, it can be pretty much anything.

Feeling brave, the Champagne Mist shimmer paint (147044) also got a little Pretty Peacock ink.

Just a sweep along the edge of the Whisper White layer under the butterflies.
