Flowers and Flowers Trees and a Helper

Things are still glowing here on the Homestead. This week is about Flowers and Flowers Trees and a Helper NOT!! Starting with the first set of flowers. Ohhh my goodness it is amazing to see. Joe asked if we need to keep adding so that we get this show every year. I told him that I want to add more pockets of Daffodils, but they are already multiplying. So, the top photo is the garden off the kitchen window. The other three are from the flowers off the walking path to the front door.

Both of these beauties are from the hubby, Joe. He could not decide on one. They were a great way to end my birthday. Hugs sweetie!!

So the evergreens out back are about to put on some amazing growth. I know Dad likes to see stuff like this. Yes, Dad even the damaged tree has amazing growth, the photo on the right. However, we do not want to forget about these beauties…

All three of the Redbuds are showing off in a big way!! Bright and purple now. The second is one of three Crabapple trees. Plus, I saw there are there are two more baby Crabapples coming soon!! WoooHOOO!!

Do you see her?? Yup, Momma needed some shade to hang out with me Thursday. I put out the compost around the trees. However, they needed to be cleaned up first. Ugghh, soo much grass up to close. I will admit that it was last year that I did this clean up. I also, planted a few things and took a second trip to the greenhouse. More things to see soon!!
