Christmas Mystery Card Night in July, Fun Fold.
Christmas Mystery Card Night
Wanting to start off the month with Christmas Mystery Card Night theme and carry it all the way through. Here is the first of those cards. Any one reason that I love MCN. NO matter the theme you use what you have and creat a couple of fun projects. This project uses the Tidings & Trimmings bundle. It is a stamp and die bundle. However do not miss out on the whole Tidings of Christmas suite.
You will see parts of that suite later this week.
This whole week will be celebrations Christmas in July. Even in my lives this week. It is going to hopefully cool down some of these temperatures we have been having here in Northern Indiana, pheewww it has been humid.
After last month’s Fun fold class, I still have a few unused ideas. Those ideas included this one. I do not know about you, but I love fun folds. I especially love them when I do not need a ton of “extra” cardstock. Meaning that this fold using a 4 1/4 x 11 piece of cardstock as the base. There is an extra score at 2 3/4 and then at 5 1/2. Boom, there is your fold.
The DSP layer was what started this card off. That DSP is from the Expressions In Ink pack. I wanted to show that is could be used for our Mystery Card using this Christmas theme. Grabbing a Blending Brush and Cherry Cobbler ink, the look completely changed to … yes… Christmas!!
Here is your closer look at the fold and inside. You can always check out the video over on Facebook. The July Cuts and information is on the google document. Want to join us?? August 13 is when we get together. The clues start on Wednesday night. It really is fun reading what your guesses are for the themes. I hope you can join us!
Hugs and Have a Great Day getting Crafty!!
