Visits Presents fluffy and a car. As always a lot going on with visits presents fluffy and a car?? All this in just one week… see lots going on. Starting off with a visit from my parents. Merry Christmas from US! Joe and I critters too!
Merry Christmas from US. Joe, the critters plus myself want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas from us! We enjoyed a pretty lazy day. Joe cooked ham and I made sweet potatoes, garlic mashed, green beans and rolls. Cookies… Is how we started the day! Ohh yes, cookies and coffee! Cranberry bars, peanut blossoms, Christmas crack (no photo) and Chex krispies. Add in several cups of coffee… ohh YES! The day has been pretty lazy. Chilling by the fire and doing video gift opening with the nieces and nephews. Even the kitties are chilling. Sleeping and even snoring. Christmas Hugs and Have a Great Day getting Crafty!!

October Girl’s Night On the first Friday of each month, you can come and make some birthday cards. October Girl’s Night was no exception. We crafted, talked and laughed too! Forgotten Culver Card I have no idea how I forgot to share this one. Check the first card, Mum here and the second, Tasteful Layers here. However, the forgotten Culver card, has just a little coloring for the Sunflower centers with the Basic Black Stampin’ Write marker. Here is the more neutral card. Crazy wildlife and a flower
Now, after seeing the perfect peony and getting the perfect picture… I CUT IT! Yup, that amazing peony was sitting on my kitchen counter for two whole days. It was joined by some old roses from Joe’s grandmother and a dark pink peony. The kitchen smelled AMAZING and made me smile each time I looked at it. BUT…. Decorating a gift
Do you get requests for cards?? I do on occasion… and I like to wrap them up special for the receiver . This time the receiver is a fellow gardener. Out in Terra Haute for a SU leadership event. Here is the card that I used as my swap card. Each “flower” is one the the new 2019-2021 In-Color. We had a stamp set stamp camp using this stamp set back when it first came out, a few years ago.
