    April It Started with …

Here is where I left you yesterday… I am going to be SUPER honest…. Truly, I was stumped! I know it was a crazy day yesterday. I spent most of the day on the computer. However, I learned a bunch of new things!! After all was said and done, I was tired and overwhelmed. Could that have been it?? Apparently NOT! This sign was sitting in front of me for at least a week…. not one idea. Where was my mojo hiding?? I headed back to the craft table and pulled out the Stampin’ Blends. That was certainly working. hummm Wait until you see!! Paula, you have no idea how…

    It started with…

NOOOO Christmas… I did however, find this down in the basement while doing some “cleaning”. Trust me I do NOT like that side! Let me just tell you about this “sign”. It measures 7 1/2 by 37 inches. the outside “frame” is a Mossy Meadow green. I hate to admit that this is as far as it got… HONEST, I have a plan !! I have been fighting with my computer all day and I AM DONE. Just for the day. Tomorrow is a new day. After a quick drop off I will certainly be working on this!! I PROMISE!! Lastly, I will be sending out new class information. WHEN???…

Springtime Impressions for a Challenge and Team swap

New learning curve… We are all trying to navigate in new ways. Last night was our Team meeting and due to the current “situation” we… All learned how to do it via Zoom. In addition to that we had a beautiful guest. It was very exciting for me to have the opportunity to invite Shannon West from Stampin’ Up!. Certainly a fun surprise for my team! We were honored to have her join us and pass on some great information. Also thank you for all the help! Anyway… Creating this beautiful set has a three fold purpose. One was for my team swap and really, who couldn’t use a healing…

    March it started with $1

Here is where this begins… Saw this at the Dollar Tree before Christmas. It had hot pink and bright yellow stripes. BUT the sizing was right. Do you grab stuff, come up with ideas and buy… but they sit on the shelf? YUP, this was one of those!! I wish I could remember where this saying came from!! I would happily give them credit. The left is where I started. The right had more impact. Did you know that the retired Large Letter dies are on the clearance rack?? For LESS then $60! Snag those puppies quick! In addition to those dies, grab what you need of the 2018-2020 In…

    Pleased as PUNCH

Still having fun with this DSP! This started out as a $1 frame…. hummmm, mid month? I know a bonus! Here is what else you need… Under My Umbrella bundle (153786) punch out the umbrellas 1/2 circle punch (119869) to punch out the flowers And LOTS of dimensionals (mini and regular) Covering the frames is as easy as tracing the frame and cutting it out. Adhere with Multipurpose Glue. Arrange your punched out pieces and do not be afraid to use those partial pieces. Even the little flowers that have a straight line can be used along the heart or edge. A FUN find … the “Hello Sunshine” fits in…

Here is where it started… I saw these cute jars at the Dollar Tree. Soo many possibilities! But where to begin?? hummmm Craft Whisper White ink… just for the center section. However, this did take a LONG time to dry! Over 24 hours. After that I remembered about the Global Design Project challenge! How perfect is this color challenge for this goodie jar! Ohhh Valentine’s Day goodies! Okay, pull out the Heartfelt bundle (153775) the Stitched Be Mine dies (148527) and the New Spritzer bottle that I made for the QWick and WOW! Video. Closets, Fairs and Fall

Last week started kinda slow, but with Joe’s long weekend coming up and moving day creeping in I hope. The closet was all my job. I had the task of figuring out how to put it back. The old way just did not make sense to me! However, I did not want to purchase too much more! Adding one and moving the line of shelves what my first attempt. Making more for dresses and another place to pile things. Ta-DUH!! Joe and I picked up blinds, curtains, new small lamps and even new curtain rods. Although we still need to get trim. It started with…..

an antique popcorn popper…. the Pretty Pines (142049) Stamp set and matching dies (141851). This “holidayish” striped burlap (147889) just helped bring this idea to light….. The large sentiment needed a rough look and a few “snowflakes” At the craft fair I had a few people offer to buy this… I do not think I can give this one up. I was going to give it to my mom, but not sure if that is going to happen now either. YIKES!! Bad I know… Tell me what your style is?? Have a Great Day getting Crafty!!
