    Bell Rings Angel Wings For today the Bell Rings Angel Wings means sooo much. It is not just from a notorious movie. I remember my grandma saying this too. She would always put a bell on the tree.     Happy Easter

    Happy Easter How are you doing?? I know for me the day today was a struggle. Not being able to see family, or even spend time with my hubby was just weird. Usually I travel out to Illinois and have a fun, but CRAZY dinner with the whole family. Not today. Poor Joe who is still considered an essential worker, is working. How did you spend your holiday??     Here is a where Paper Pumpkin meets some beautiful DSP! The stamps are done the Paper Pumpkin. Using the Stamparatus to be sure that the hearts all line up! Then add the Happy Valentine’s Day to the last one. The tag used the scalloped tag topper and triple punch. The DSP is different sizes 1/2, 3/4 and 1 inch. Try the different pattern together to get the look that you like. Top it with twine, like this or use some ribbon. No Bling is necessary because the DSP has a foil look on one side. AND you can use this tag for a gift, flowers or even a pretty box!…

    Alternative colors?? Purple Posy and Rococo Rose with Soft Suede are the two that we did for the Live. Dontcha love that Gingham DSP?? Available in EVERY color!! Anyway, grab your 1/8 inch circle punch (retired) and the Heartfelt Bundle – 153885. Sprinkle in a stamp from the Strong & Beautiful -147732 too! There is a very subtle heart that is stamped along the bottoms of each Soft Suede layer. We talked on the live about using the Stamparatus – 146276. I tried this after and here is how it looked..     Day 4 of Valentines – Heartfelt – create your own DSP

    Fun idea today… Let’s make our own DSP (designer series paper). Here are the Ink colors…. Poppy Parade, Melon Mambo, Petal Pink and Crumb Cake. Using the Heartfelt stamp set (151417 B-153775) and the largest image first, general rule. Keep in mind that you have a sentiment layer to add over the “DSP”. We used only a 4 x 5 1/4 inch pieces, but you could make a whole sheet and then make up several cards. In other words spread some more love!! Now, you know I did not think about this, of course, until just now that Happy Valentines needs some Shimmer Spritzer on it, hummm!! ANYWAY, the layering…

    Heartfelt and Busy… Day 3

    What do you do with scraps?? Well, you make tags of course!! After doing some class cutting, the scraps were kinda piling up… YIKES!! I know mixing patterns is not for everyone, but With 1/2 inch, 3/4 and 1 inch strips… Pick your favorites, trim the bottoms and add some twine. This tag could be used for a card like this, duhh.
