2021 Kick off Party Ohhh, so much fun at the 2021 Kick off Party. Well, Mystery Card Night style. Have you not joined us yet?? Ohhh it was such a great way to start off the year!! Two fun fold cards. On 8/22 Coffee and Cards we took a look at a fun fold idea. The fold concept is the same, but the orientation is different. I do love how the Stitched Rectangles and the Stitched So Sweetly (bundle stamp and dies) fits together. Yes, they are slightly skinnier but still look GREAT!! Best Dressed and Fancy
What is your color? I was working on my tutorial for the TTT group and had some scraps left. What do we do with scraps?? Yup, we make more cards! Here is the result…. to make it even better, how about a fancy fold? Here is how to create this fold… card base of 5 1/2 by 8 1/2 score at 4 1/4. Then you cut off 3/4 of an inch. Come to Gather fun fold
One of my usual groups loves a simple card with a touch of fun. How did I do?? Using the Stamparatus (146276) and a Maple leaf. Remember the idea from last week using the Timeless label punch (149516)? I love how if fits more sentiments now! In addition to that punch idea, how about a SIMPLE fun fold. Take out your new Trimmer (152392) and your favorite 4 1/4 x 11 piece of cardstock. Long at the top and score at 3/4 of an inch and then again at 6 1/4. DONE! Wonderfully Wicked Cemetery
I am sure ready for some fun Halloween projects! I even did a video to walk you through the steps… You will want the Wonderfully Wicked (150547), Everyday Label (144668), Ink and Paper… Window Sheets (142314) for the “flying” bats and Silver Metallic Thread (138402). Adding the mini dimensional to the window sheets helped to keep them “flying”. The video below will walk you through all the steps.. I did add the Wink of Stella (141897) to all the kitties after the video. The front kitty was also added after the video… she was just too cute and needed another friend. Apple Box with Harvest Hellos
This Fun Fold “Apple Box” using the Harvest Hello Bundle (153037). I did use a sentiment from the Country Home Stamp Set (147678). The “Happy Harvest Blessings” went perfectly with the apples and box. The Twist fun fold is SOOO easy! Using a 4 1/2 x 11 piece of cardstock you score on the diagonal from end to end. Go ahead and use your bone folder (102300) to get a crisp fold. Using the flat side (across the top edge) and score at 5 7/8 for the center fold. Be sure that the “pocket” side is your front. Floral Essence Fun Fold
I love this card! It is funny when you see a stamp set, love it and then…. YIKES, How do I use it?? Have you ever done that?? For a while… that was what happened with this stamp set. Results from the County Fair
As you know… I brought a few projects to the County Fair. To say the least I am super happy!! First is the sign, it was even posted on the local radio station site!! WOOOOHOOOOO!
