Itty Bitty Birthday for a Challenge

More birthday cards for my stash! Hey, let’s think about this for a minute… 365 days in a year. Yup, I will be making 365 plus cards, but most importantly SENDING them! ANYWAY, The Global Design Project has a fun sketch this week. Using this sketch for my two new birthday cards. Coffee and Cards was exciting this morning, because one of my brothers stopped in. I am grateful for his help. He is the one that downloads my FB lives for me. Thank you Brad! Check out the live! In addition to adding the leaves, you see that there is a knot on the sentiment. But let’s talk DSP.…

    Challenge GDP#213 To Every Season

Hummm, Can you tell what the challenge is this week?? haha. You got it, a color challenge. Old Olive, Lovely Lipstick and Smoky Slate is the combination. I could have easily went with a Christmas card, but… Nope, you know me, I like to make a challenge a true challenge. Although Fall really was not a huge stretch either. This stamp set is a Bundle (153051) too!! I am loving the little punches. That…

    Shaker, Video and a Challenge

This time, we have a Global Design Project Challenge that has to do with colors. Yes, Blueberry Bushel, Call Me Clover and Real Red to be specific. Here is the back story….I thought, wouldn’t it be fun to be able to use the To Every Season Bundle (153051) for the challenge? However, I did not like the idea of Blueberry Bushel for leaves, keeping with the current season. Hummm, but the Blueberry Bushel could be snow?? So that is how this card started… Ending in, I am Thankful each day AND each “season” for you! Have you ever created a shaker card?? I love putting different “stuff” in the shaker,…
