Another Treat?
Happy Easter!! These little treats have a chocolate candy inside and the butterfly is a sign of spring for everyone. These little cuties use the Scalloped Tag topper (133324) and your multi glue (110755). Making several of these, paper clips worked like a charm to secure the glue overnight. The Butterfly Gala Bundle (150599) was the final touch for this one. Using which ever butterfly set and color you would like. As you can see in this photo, the glue was not carried all the way to the bottom. The reason?? Ease of opening. due to them being glued flat it helped to keep the bottom open. How far did…

Ohh one last swap

The sentiment and die cuts come from the Well Said bundle (150609). As you know, with a bundle you can save 10% AND this bundle price goes away in June too. With this being Easter weekend, I want to…

Here are the cute sweet treats that the Spring Sampler ladies received. YUM! Such a fun and easy way to use that Scalloped Tag Topper Punch (133324). Some simple 1/8 sheer ribbon (whisper white 144172) and “Thank You” sentiment from Petal Palette (145788) Adding the Fun Glitter Enamel Dot on the “thank you” was an after thought, but please do not tell the ladies 😉 This could be scored and folded in any size and really used for just about anything. Tough 2 days
Gaelic went over the rainbow bridge Sunday morning. We really do not know what happened. My hubby took this amazing picture back in 2009 and that face… he was super handsome. Kinda funny part is that as a rescue cat you do not always know the story. Lucky for me and him…. I was his rescuer. Yup, this bundle of fluff and trouble. He never did lose those ears or the look right into your heart stare. He brought a lot of joy, happiness and laughs to may of you and to my family as well. He is missed and he is with his foster daddy Pauly, so he is…

This beautiful lady
Joe and I decided to take a short trip to Illinois today. We were greeted by hugs and big smiles. Chatted pretty much all day, about nothing special. Spending time was the key. I was excited to tell mom (and dad) about all the cards and exciting stuff going on with Stampin’ Up! as well. An early dinner and more visiting. Remembering old houses and older neighbors. Then a drive back to Indiana. More adventures tomorrow.. Have a Great Day getting Crafty!!

I know the picture is not the greatest, but the smoke was still coming out of the BBQ…. Joe, the hubby, is home and decided today was a good day to Cook… what?? Well, dinner was steaks and then he smoked a Pork Shoulder. Now, for those of you that do not know…. my mouth is watering just thinking about it… Joe is very good with that big monstrosity … he constructed it too and ohh he has made Bread, Pizza, smoked turkey for Christmas dinner, and the usual burgers, hot dogs, sausages, chicken and steaks. I even made an apple pie in cast iron, once. Yes we like food…

Two for one??
Coffee and cards March 23…. did you watch?? This week it was a two for one…. Basically the same, but with a different looks. would you agree?? Here are what you would need, Petal Palette (145788) stamp set, Butterfly Gala (148580) stamp set, Gingham Gala DSP (148554 due back in stock SOON), Ombre Ribbon-Lemon Lime Twist (144234) and Burlap Ribbon (141487) plus matching cardstock. The little butterfly could be fussy cut (Butterfly Duet punch 148523 or bundle 150599 back in stock SOON). Using scrap pieces for the gingham and the Highland Heather for the “flags” Using the Lemon Lime Twist and Highland Heather together is a dream combo for me……

A Little Note…
Just a little note for a friend…. The Butterfly Gala stamp set (148580) for the sentiment, Needlepoint Nook DSP (148807) for the start of this card… Add Crumb Cake, Night of Navy card stock then a splash of Silver Glimmer paper. Yes, we are cutting up the burlap ribbon (141487) AGAIN with, who does not love Gingham Ribbon (144232).. Lets talk ribbon a minute… not all bows are perfect.. that is why we have glue dots!! Just Saying!! This one did NOT want to sit the way I wanted, guess who won? haha. Do you ever have little 1/2″ strips of DSP?? yup, that is what is on the inside…
