April Snow Flowering Trees and small buds

April Snow Flowering Trees

No complaining, I did not order up the April Snow, Flowering Trees you bet I did!! I was super excited to capture the snow falling on Wednesday. It really did look pretty. However, I am worried about my Apple trees. Remember a few weeks ago, here. Joe even asked me about the tulips and daffodils. Everything bounced back pretty quickly. The sunshine came and perked up the tulips!!

I took these photos on Thursday. The trees looked soo happy! I am grateful that the freeze did not do any damage. Now to fertilize all those beautiful flowers when they bloom. I can almost taste all the apples. The first photo is from the tree that Joe and I “straightened out” last year.

Holy Cow is it happy!!

All the buds means lots of apples… Fingers crossed that the bees get busy! The middle photo is the Granny Smith. This poor tree needs to grow some branches. it really looks like a trunk loaded with flowers. Lastly is the oldest apple tree of the bunch, Red Delicious. This is the one that has several times given me a wash tub full of apples. I actually still have apple jelly downstairs.

Lastly for today… my primrose. Those buds are sure tight there. I am just excited to see the buds. Actually, I have no clue what color the flowers are going to be. I know they look yellow here, but there are three different bunches. Yes, I will share a photo when they bloom. Fingers crossed it will be Wednesday!!

I have a fun post planned for tomorrow you will not want to miss it!!

Hugs and Have a Great Day getting Crafty!!
