6/8 Coffee and Cards

Phew, it was a busy Coffee and Cards this week. We fit in 3 full cards. I would say on the simple stamping side of things. And using scraps and pieces.
Have you fallen in love with the Daisy Lane (bundle-151118 stamp-149325) stamp set yet?? Well, that was what we worked with this week. The font on the sentiments are easy to read and so very pretty!!
The first card we made was this one with all the 3/4 inch strips. They were all left over sections that wanted a new life. Mixing them all together making this cute and simple “Smile” cards. Can you figure out how the sentiment was cut??
Here is the “trick”, only use the “half-ish” of the Everyday Label punch (144668) space (shown in the video). Only the Smile fits though. The lower section is the perfect spot for a thread of burlap and another scrap for a little butterfly.
Inspire Create Share Ink Stamp Repeat
Is what the words on our new DSP says. That truly is what our cards, pages and projects are all about. Would you not agree??
Because Daisies are such a happy flower, this one was “sprinkled” with Champagne Mist shimmer paint (147044). Note… stamp only one of the daisy layers.
The items used for Coffee and Cards are part of the 2019-2021 In-Color Club. You still have time to get in a group, just comment or contact me.
And, just a reminder, when you head over to FB and watch the #replay of Coffee and Cards, Like the page, share for a chance to win a prize and let me know you checked it out.
Thank you …. Have a Great Day getting Crafty!!

Great use of scraps!
I hate tossing the cut aways out.
Especially if it’s DSP!
Good examples!
