12/28 Coffee and Cards
Holy Cow that is a lot of cards!!
Four full size and Six 3 x3, all from two 6 x 6 pieces of DSP (designer series paper). You would not know from this side, but this is Christmas DSP. The Night Before Christmas (150437) if full of stockings, Christmas trees and even reindeer. Combine that with Itty Bitty Birthday Stamp set (148618) and Itty Bitty Greetings Stamp Set (146667) and you got a bunch like this.
Starting with the full size cards. Which do you like better?? The left, all lined up or the right, topsy tervy?? The other difference is that the Navy version does not have Linen Thread (104199). Keeping to the Simple Stamping on both.
The four that say Happy Day could be given as a gift to use as birthday bag tags. The “many thanks” versions are already in my purse to use when the opportunity arises.
Looking for the cuts?? I figured you would… starting with a 6 x 6 piece of DSP. first cut is 4 inches. You may want to check your pattern on the paper before you cut. Take that 4 x 6 and you want long (6 inches) across the top, cut at 3 inches. Basically you cut it right in half. Then you have a 2 x 6 piece left. Again, long at the top, cut 3- 2 x 2 pieces. Your layers are 3 1/4 by 4 1/4 and 2 1/4 by 2 1/4. Done.
The video has already be uploaded to YouTube if you want to watch HERE.
